The breakfast is delightful! with a vast selection of options that never disappoint. The staff are genuinely enthusiastic and very attentive, making you feel welcomed at every turn.

The location can be inconvenient for excursions, as it's quite a distance from the main harbor, resulting in a lengthy commute daily to access activities or ferry services.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The staff lacked attentiveness and were not particularly friendly, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast area was extremely chaotic with insufficient space for the number of guests, making it quite an uncomfortable dining experience. Maintenance seemed to be lacking as well, with visible wear and tear in the facilities that detracted from the overall ambiance.

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like high-speed wi-fi, a fitness center, and an infinity pool. The staff is always so kind. they even helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay. I highly recommend it!

the breakfast buffet was SO GOOD! ! so many varieties and everything was fresh. the rooftop pool has AMAZING views! the staff were all super friendly and made us feel so welcome. can't wait to come back!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Kc Grande Resort Koh Chang. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always attentive and eager to help with any needs I had. The beachfront location was stunning, offering easy access to pristine sand and beautiful sunsets.

i had a great 4-night stay at kc grande resort. the staff, especially the reception team and bellboys, were super friendly. the sea view grande deluxe room was clean and comfy. it's right next to the beautiful beach. the thai food, like massaman curry, was delicious and definitely a highlight.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some maintenance issues were noticeable, slightly detracting from the overall experience. Additionally, the pool areas were often crowded, leaving less space to relax comfortably. A highlight was the friendliness of the staff, particularly at breakfast, where personalized service added a nice touch to our mornings.

The infinity pool was stunning, but the gym could use more equipment.

Super comfy Sea View Grande Deluxe Room with great amenities! Came with a private balcony and huge shower. Loved the pools, 4 of them, so you can chill without crowds. Breakfast was mind-blowing, so much variety! The staff, especially at breakfast, were super attentive. A great place to relax and enjoy with beautiful views.

The location right on the beach is unbeatable. I loved waking up to the sound of waves. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets. The pools were inviting, providing a great space to relax after a day in the sun. I enjoyed the sea view room, which added a beautiful backdrop to my stay.
